SNOW... Who doesn't like the idea of playing and running around in snow? So as monsoon has started in mumbai and pune, there is no other time which is best for trekking. Mid of June  marks the start of rains and greenery which is much pleasing to the soul as well as eyes. The huge mountains, cool breeze and enchanting waterfalls are literally the gems of nature which makes us realise what actually is heaven on Earth! To add cherry on the cake is the strong and marvellous forts which makes us realise the greatness and valour of the heroes of the past. One such fort is the Visapur Fort which is located in lonavala. Although fallen due to the nature's   wrath, it still echoes the story of the past. The trek is moderate with muddy roads and as well as a path made up of huge stones. This trek will give you an experience like no other. Walking through dense forests and climbing through huge stonewallings makes the trek more the adventurous. Once you reach lonavala you can get the local train and get on the very next station that is Malavli. The
