Well here's a solution to your problem and it's 'Rajmachi fort'.  First of all Rajmachi trek and Rajmachi fort is DIFFERENT! This trek is of moderate level. The Fort can be reached from 3 places. I.e, from the karjat route, the thakurwadi village route and the della route. The thakurwadi village is a remote village and the road to reach is not clear. Also the karjat route requires to climb a 2000ft mountain to reach Rajmachi where as there are no directions and its easy to lose the way. Think of the Karjat route strictly if you're a professional trekker.  The della route which starts from della adventure park is much used route by the trekkers and the road is straight.
